Crash and Diagnostic information collection

If you opted in in System/Security & Privacy/Privacy/Analytics & Improvements/Share with App Developper, then in case of crash, the crash log is collected via Apple standard tools with the latest logs of the application. The logs generated by Spiky do not contain any personnal identifiable information.
In case of other problem with Spiky, we trust you to fill a support ticket on our Support Service

No third party data collection

The only third party component present in Spiky is an Excel read/write library, which does not perform any web access or data collection: LibXL

No cloud or web dependency

Spiky does not rely on any web service except the standard usage of Apple framework for managing the subscription state.
Its goal is to allow you to manage privately your files locally.
Note that ff you have URL inside your document, then the preview pane integrated in Spiky will connect to the Web in order to preview the URL content.
